I'm from a small town (very) in Illinois originally. I had an adventurous childhood and many close friends……yet time seemed eternal and moving as far away as I could after high school was always my plan. At 18 I moved to Los Angeles, became a Make-up Artist/ Hairstylist. The job enabled me to be a part of some wonderful happenings and gain lots of experience. Though it's been a very bumpy road- learning only by trial and error and the unpredictablity of work in the industry. The gratification is lovely though- enhancing outer beauty as well as in for someone is an honor. I also began to pursue Jewelry Design and now I've turned it into a side business. As hard as it can be for an Artist to survive on their talents, I can't see myself in another field.
